Application Process

Application Approval:

  • To purchase a puppy, an approved application is required before submitting a deposit.

  • Once you submit your application, we will review it and contact you within three business days.

  • With an approved application, you’ll be subscribed to receive breeder announcements.

  • When a litter is confirmed, an approved application with a deposit secures your "Pick-Order" privilege, allowing you to choose your puppy based on your place in line.

  • If you're not ready to apply but still want to stay informed, subscribe to our announcements.

​Deposit Guidelines:

  • Once your application is approved and the Open Deposit Period begins for a litter, you may submit a non-refundable $400 deposit (via PayPal) to secure your "Pick-Order." If PayPal is not an option, please contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.

    • We cover all PayPal fees and applicable taxes—there are no additional charges to you.​

  • The Open Deposit Period begins on the day we send out the Confirmed Pregnancy Announcement. Your pick-order is based on the order in which deposits are received, and we will update the list accordingly as each deposit is confirmed.

  • Your $400 deposit will be applied toward the final price of your puppy.

    • Once your deposit is received, we email you a copy of our Puppy Deposit Contract for your records.

    • ​The remaining balance can be paid:

      • In person (cash) at the time of pickup at Robertson’s Retrievers & Doodles, or

      • Online via PayPal prior to your scheduled pickup.
